The Bottom line
The economic downturn of the past five years has been challenging for the Brentwood School District. The total assessed valuation of all Brentwood properties has declined since 2008, resulting in less revenue for our schools. And it appears that assessed valuation may drop again this year.
The time has come to generate additional revenues for our district so we can invest in our schools, our kids, and our community.
